IGNITE Health begins a new acceleration programme combining strategic consultancy with public funding and investor support
IGNITE Health, a patient-centric digital health accelerator run by Inveniam Group together with 2B Labs and venture capital firm 3xP Global, launched a new edition. The kick-off took place at our headquarters on Wednesday, 25 February 2026.

This edition welcomes two startups, QuestPrehab and Ephion Health. For both teams, it marks the start of a tailored acceleration process designed to support their market entry and drive their commercial expansion.
The agenda
The session opened with a welcome from Albert Cot and Óscar Sala, followed by an introduction to the programme’s expert network and an open Q&A.
Two guest speakers anchored the programme’s content. Talyta Carteano, Director at ASPHALION, shared key regulatory insights on medical devices and AI. Yolanda Puiggrós Jiménez de Anta, Partner at PwC Life Sciences, delivered a keynote on “Healthcare Challenges in the Public System and How to Bring Solutions to Market.”
The afternoon turned to the people who will guide the startups day to day. Mentors Jesús Purroy and Carlos Alvarez-Iglesias were introduced, the two startups pitched their projects, and the day closed with one-to-one meetings between participants and mentors.

Next up
The kick-off opens a 14-week acceleration phase built around weekly mentorship, webinars, and events. At its core is strategic consultancy focused on each company’s financial planning, market readiness and go-to-market approach, paired with a public funding roadmap and hands-on support in preparing a first application. The phase culminates in a Demo Day on 28 May, where the startups present to Tier 1 investors. From there, selected projects move into a 12-month implementation programme across 2026, focused on gaining market traction, building out their core teams, and pursuing both public and private funding.
