Canopy – ADCure

Canopy Immuno-Therapeutics is developing targeted treatments designed to move autoimmune care beyond lifelong immunosuppression. Through ADCure, the company is advancing MGAC-007, an Antigen-Drug Conjugate for acetylcholine receptor-positive myasthenia gravis. The therapy combines two complementary actions: removing disease-causing autoantibodies and selectively eliminating the autoreactive B cells that produce them, while preserving protective immunity. ADCure will support a first-in-human Phase I trial at Charité – Universitätsmedizin Berlin to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics and early biological activity. The project also aims to validate Canopy’s modular Reverse Immunization® platform for broader application across antibody-mediated autoimmune diseases.
