Jesús Purroy, Director from the Inveniam Group, presented this morning at the Breakfast & Learn session from Xarxa TECSAM, offering a deep insight into different business models within the mental health industry. Jesús, an expert in technology transfer, revealed the four keys to keep in mind when considering a new medical solution, ensuring that it adds value to the patient’s quality of life and satisfies unmeet clinician needs. During the meeting, we discussed the possibility of transferring solutions from the public sector and the necessity of bringing in a trans-disciplinary member of the business and scientific worlds to ensure the business model’s success.
Finally, we kicked off the day with an interesting debate: Tourism as a business model that can positively impact mental health is possible? Has patient data been leveraged to create new markets?
