ZWZD project address the whole production line with a holistic approach, aiming to reduce defects (rejected components or products) and manufacturing waste. The defect reduction and the overall quality control is the main objective to reduce the yield, acceptance, or qualification of the final product and enable a “first-time-right” production process required for this call (Zero-defect manufacturing towards zero-waste).
